The first stub of the band was born in 2006 as a side project of analPukist, formed by the bass player and the drummer, who then decided to leave the former band and devote their effort to the newborn ColonistPutrfaction

The band remains roughly idle until 2008, when the 2 guitarists and the second singer join the band.
Due to various disagreements one of the guitarists left the band, and the remaining four members decide to change name and become PurulentGorePuberty, remaining stable until 2011 when the second singer left.
The band, now called theSeekah struggles to find a way to express their beliefs through music, since the three musicians went vegan in 2010. They therefore created Veganus; in the beginning it was only a side project but then they realised the potential awareness they could rise by mixing extreme music with their radical life choices and beliefs.
In 2012 they release a self titled tape, in a very limited number of copies, just few weeks before the drummer fell into a coma after a car accident. The actual drummer joined the band in 2013, when the former realised that the injury compromised his ability achieve to high speed bass drum blast beats.

The musical influences of the three members are all self-evident in their latest work, Veganus II, starting from side A, embellished with the use of sampling and electronic elements, and the entire side, made up entirely of a shoegaze symphony, with strong post rock and modern screamo influences, acting as a tribute to the american Straight Edge scene
